By leaving a request on this site, as well as filling out any forms that require me to enter personal data to perform certain actions on this site, I freely, by my will and in my interest, give my specific, informed and conscious consent to the processing by the Representative Office of "SPECTRIX SA" (Swiss Confederation) in the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as the "Representative Office") of my following personal data collected through the website https://spectrix.biz (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"):
last name, first name, e-mail address, contact phone number, information about the position held, company name, information about the country or region, city of location, information collected automatically (IP-addresses of devices with which the Site is visited, type of device, date and the time of visiting the Site, updating and deleting data, information about actions on the Site, as well as any other information sent by me through the contact form and other forms to fill out on the Site, which, in accordance with applicable law, is personal data, in accordance with the terms of processing, set forth in this agreement.
Actions with personal data and methods of processing
This consent is given to the performance of any actions (operations) or a set of actions (operations), including the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, performed by any means, as with using automation tools, and without using them, including by entering personal data of the Representative Office into the information systems.
Goals
The processing of my personal data on the basis of this consent may be carried out by the Representative Office for the purposes of:
- consideration and resolution on the merits of my appeal / request / feedback left on the Site;
- providing me with information in the form of files that I can download from the Site;
- entering my personal data into the personal data information systems of the Representative Office to form a database of potential counterparties of the Representative Office;
- establishing feedback with me (including sending me letters) for the above purposes (including clarifying my personal data and sending me a response to my appeal/request/review, sending me news, mailing lists conducted by the Representative Office;
- clarification, confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by me;
- fulfillment of the powers and duties assigned to the Representative Office by the current legislation.
This consent is valid from the moment it is provided and during the entire period of my use of the Site, as well as during the entire period of consideration and resolution on the merits of my appeal / request / withdrawal by the Representative Office until the withdrawal of this consent. During this period, the Representative Office has the right to process, including store, my personal data specified in this consent.
Procedure for withdrawal of consent
I am aware that this consent can be revoked by me at any time by sending a written notice of revocation to the Representative Office, sent by registered mail or delivered personally to the address: Representative Office of «SPECTRIX SA» (Swiss Confederation) in the Republic of Belarus, Orlovskaya st. 40A, office 35, 220053 Minsk, Republic of Belarus. The withdrawal of this Consent shall take effect from the date of delivery of the relevant notice to the Representative Office.
I confirm that if I provide the Site with personal data (including last name, first name, e-mail address, network identifier (ID) of a profile on a social network) of third parties, I have previously obtained the consent of such persons to the processing of their personal data by the Representative Office in accordance with with the purposes and conditions specified in this Consent.
